2. Our service
UK Finance Leads supplies vetted UK B2B finance enquiries to brokers and specialist lenders. Enquiries are sourced through our portals (including Vidvi Finance UK, Adlend and Lendara) and delivered in line with the commercial terms agreed with each partner.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for UK-based businesses operating in the commercial finance market. Where regulatory authorisation is required for a product line, the partner is responsible for holding the appropriate FCA permissions.
4. Acceptable use
- Use leads only for the purpose for which they were supplied
- Do not resell, sublicense or pass leads to third parties without written consent
- Honour all opt-out and suppression requests promptly
- Comply with UK GDPR, PECR and any relevant FCA conduct rules
5. Lead quality and replacement
We operate a replacement guarantee for invalid leads. Full criteria and timescales are set out in each partner's order form or service agreement.
6. Payment
Pricing, billing cycles and payment terms are agreed in writing for each partner. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days. We reserve the right to pause supply for accounts in arrears.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, branding and design, is owned by UK Finance Leads or used under licence. You may not copy or reproduce material without permission.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any contract for lead supply is limited to the fees paid by the partner in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Indemnity
Partners indemnify UK Finance Leads against any claim arising from their use of supplied leads, including regulatory action resulting from non-compliant outreach.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active partners in writing.
