1. Who we are
UK Finance Leads is a UK B2B lead generation business operating the Vidvi Finance UK, Adlend and Lendara consumer-facing portals. We are an ICO-registered data controller and, where applicable, processor for our broker and lender partners.
Registered address: UK Finance Leads, 145 City Road, London, EC1V 1AZ, United Kingdom.
2. Data we collect
We collect business contact information submitted through our enquiry forms and portals, including:
- Name, work email, phone number and job title
- Company name, sector, region and trading information
- Finance requirement details (product type, amount, purpose)
- Consent records: timestamp, IP address, source URL and the wording shown at point of capture
- Call recordings where a phone-verification step takes place
3. Lawful basis
We rely on the lawful bases set out in UK GDPR Article 6. For most marketing activity we rely on explicit consent or, where appropriate for B2B audiences, legitimate interests with a documented balancing test. Soft opt-in is used only for closely related services where it is appropriate to do so.
4. How we use your data
- To qualify, vet and deliver finance enquiries to broker and lender partners
- To respond to enquiries about our services
- To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations
- To improve our vetting, suppression and delivery processes
5. Sharing with broker and lender partners
Where you submit an enquiry through one of our portals, your details are shared with the broker or lender partner best matched to your requirement. Each partner is independently responsible for the data they receive and operates under their own privacy policy from the point of receipt. We provide partners with a Data Processing Agreement where we act as processor on their behalf.
6. Retention
We hold enquiry data for as long as needed to deliver our service and to evidence consent, typically up to 24 months from last interaction, after which records are deleted or anonymised. Suppression lists are retained indefinitely to honour opt-out requests.
7. International transfers
Personal data is processed in the UK and EEA. Where any sub-processor is based outside these regions we rely on UK Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard transfers.
8. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing or restrict it
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)
9. Cookies
Our portals use a small number of strictly necessary and analytics cookies. Non-essential cookies are loaded only with your consent through our cookie banner.
